The hash is computed on your device

When you match a file, the hash is computed in your own browser. The file itself is never uploaded to our servers.

Legal standing

Electronic signatures are recognised as valid legal evidence in Indonesia under the ITE Law, Articles 5 & 11 and Government Regulation 71/2019. Every document issued here carries a SHA-256 hash, a chained audit trail and a public verification code — three things a signature on paper cannot easily offer.

Are the signatures legally valid?

Yes. How do I check a document is genuine?

Every final document carries a verification code and QR. Anyone can enter that code on the public verification page without signing in, and the system will match the document's SHA-256 hash.

Which document formats are supported?

Documents are uploaded as PDF, or composed directly in the editor. The final document is also produced as a PDF, complete with a verification QR and an audit trail sheet.
